Partnering with Leadership Choice

There are a number of ways in which we can partner to help you achieve the training success that you are looking for.

  1. Training & Coaching (Full PEP Model™)

    The most common method to work together is for your organization and Leadership Choice to partner together to determine your training needs and design a training curriculum that will accomplish your needs using the PEP Model™.

    • Pre-Event – Assessments including the Personal Communications Assessment

    • Event – The off the shelf and/or custom series of training workshops

    • Post-Event – One-on-one coaching and post training video reminders

  2. Coaching to support existing training programs

    Add PEP™ to your existing training!

    If you already have good training programs in place, partnering with Leadership Choice coaches is the logical next step to translate classroom learning into actionable and sustainable behaviors. Leadership Choice doesn't have to replace your training but we can make it have much more impact on the job.

  3. Purchase Training Materials and Assessments (may include Train-the-Trainer)

    For those with a seasoned training department who have the time to commit to developing people. Leadership Choice's training is current, effective, and designed to get results. Each module comes with Trainer Guide, Participants Guide, and supporting videos and materials.
