Program Description:
This half-day course teaches managers a 5-step process for helping direct reports develop realistic and achievable goals that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Managers learn how to engage employees in the goal setting process and instill accountability for following through and delivering results. One strength of this course is the potential for aligning the course content with the organizations existing performance management system and incorporating organization specific tools.
