Change Management

Helping senior leaders and managers become more competent in guiding organizational change, infusing innovation, and producing outcomes. Includes proven change management methods and communication strategies.

Resource Management

Improving the knowledge and skills of senior leaders for profitably deploying functional and cross-functional resources to achieve the business strategy and specific business goals.

Building Leadership Pipeline

IPractical frameworks and approaches for establishing a strong leadership pipeline from within the organization to meet leadership needs over a three year timeframe. Provides senior leaders with a way to manage their own career aspirations and to open the way for talented, aspiring managers on the rise.

Leadership Coaching

The Accelerated Leadership Program is also designed to be offered in combination with a robust coaching follow up leading to an individual development plan. This assures that coursework is fully understood and that immediate action is taken to apply skills on the job.
